Winder Power announces the appointment of Laurence MacKenzie as business development director. Laurence has a wealth of experience within the utilities sector, having led the boards of both NIE Electricity and NIE Water. He also held the position of general manager at ABB Transformers.
Laurence’s role will incorporate developing Winder Power’s already strong credentials within the utility transformer sector, drawing on his in-depth knowledge of the industry and bringing his considerable expertise to bear on advising clients on the optimum solutions for their business.
Commenting on the appointment, Winder Power chairman Richard Asquith said; “We are delighted to have Laurence on board to help us build even stronger relationships with our key customers in the utilities sector, and look forward to working with him to identify new opportunities for growth for the company.”
