Appointment of Andy Mill as Finance Director

Winder Power, the UK’s leading manufacturer of power and distribution transformers is delighted to announce the appointment of Andy Mill as the Finance Director at Winder Power Ltd.

Commencing with the company on 1 June 2016, Andy is joining the expanding company at an exciting time, as the company was recently named as the Best Small Manufacturer in Yorkshire at the 2016 Made in Yorkshire awards.

A highly-experienced industry professional, Andy brings a wealth of experience to the role, including sectoral expertise gleaned from senior roles within leading companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lexia Solutions Group and the Andrew Page Group. Most recently the Finance Director at Earthmill Holdings Limited, Andy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005, training with Moore Stephens Chartered Accountants in Belfast and London. In 2010, Andy was Winner of the Yorkshire rising star of the year award for companies with turnover between £25m to £70m.

Partha joined Winder Power as our Technical & Business Development Director. With a first class bachelor’s degree in engineering and a successful career spanning over two decades, Partha brings a wealth of experience from industry leaders. His expertise in developing 132kV product lines and overseeing projects from start to finish will be invaluable to our team.

Partha’s strategic approach to planning, vendor management, and innovative solutions will drive business growth and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality power transformer projects. He will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, expanding our customer base, and developing innovative solutions to meet evolving market needs.
